Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

• Orders of $100 or more: free shipping.
• Orders under $100: $12.99 flat rate.

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

We pack and ship your order the next business day (Monday to Friday, except holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day after that.

Delivery time

We ship with FedEx or UPS. Once your order ships, it usually arrives in 3 to 6 business days, so most orders arrive 4 to 7 business days after you place them.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Professional installation

Systems with professional installation (South Florida only: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties) are not shipped. We contact you to schedule a visit, and our technician brings the system and installs it.

Damaged, lost or late packages

If your package arrives damaged, goes missing, or hasn't arrived within 7 business days, email us at info@onegreensolution.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
