This diffuser has an intelligent built in chip, has a built-in lithium ion battery, and charged via the included USB type c cord. The diffuser has two operation modes to best suit your mood. Mode 1 operates the diffuser for 5 seconds, and then waits 10 minutes before initiating the next diffusion. Mode 2 operates the diffuser for 5 seconds, then waits 5 minutes before the next cycle. In mode 3, the diffuser can be turned on at your convenience by a single press on the button. An LED light on the front indicates which mode it is in, Blue is Mode 1, Purple is Mode 2.
The unit is motion operated (along with physical control button), and will turn on and off automatically when you turn your car on and off, ensuring an easy to use experience that is completely hand free.
The 300 mah battery is good for 20 hours of operation, and is fully charged in 3.5 hours on the charger. In practical day to day use, this means it will go for more than a week between charges.
If you would like to mount it somewhere besides your air vent, it comes with an adhesive mount as well that can stick to almost any surface.
